These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TradersLab website at traderslab.ai and the services it provides (the "Service"). By creating an account or making a payment you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Service description
TradersLab provides AI-powered analytical tools for cryptocurrency, forex, and precious metals markets, including technical indicators, pattern recognition, news analysis, and an AI Chat assistant. The Service is informational in nature.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and billing
- Plans are described on the Pricing page: Basic (Free), Pro, and Ultra.
- Payment is currently accepted in cryptocurrency through our payment processor. Card payments are planned.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew at this time. You must manually renew Pro or Ultra at the end of the billing period.
- Token allowances reset per the rules described on the Help page.
5. Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting @traderslabai on Telegram with your account email. Network fees charged by blockchains are not refundable.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service in violation of these Terms.
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
7. No financial advice
Content produced by the Service, including AI analysis, indicators, patterns, and chat output, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. See our risk disclaimer.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its content, branding, and codebase are owned by TradersLab and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradersLab and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via support@traderslab.ai.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
