This Privacy Policy describes how TradersLab ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website at traderslab.ai and the services it provides (the "Service").

Account information: email address, authentication identifiers (Google OAuth subject id), and password hash where applicable.
Usage data: pages viewed, analyses requested, tokens consumed, chat interactions with the AI assistant, timestamps, and device/browser metadata.
Payment data: cryptocurrency transaction identifiers processed through our payment provider. We do not store cryptocurrency wallet credentials.
Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, analytics cookies (PostHog, Google Tag Manager), and recaptcha cookies.

2. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To enforce token limits, billing, and subscription state.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
To communicate operational notifications and respond to support requests.
To analyze aggregated usage trends and improve product quality.

3. Sharing

We share data only with:

Infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the Service (cloud hosting, databases, analytics, payment processor).

4. AI processing

Prompts you submit to the AI Chat and analysis pipelines are processed by third-party large language model providers (e.g. Google Vertex AI / Gemini) under their own privacy and data-retention policies. Do not submit confidential information you do not want processed by such providers.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, accounting, or operational requirements. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at support@traderslab.ai.

6. Security

We use HTTPS in transit, hashed password storage, and access controls on our databases. No system is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed and stored outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@traderslab.ai.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
