TradersLab is an AI-powered trading analysis platform that provides real-time market insights, technical analysis, pattern recognition, and personalized trading recommendations. Our AI analyzes market data 24/7 to help you make informed trading decisions.

We support cryptocurrencies, forex, and precious metals markets. You can analyze any symbol available on major exchanges including Binance, major forex pairs, and metals like Gold and Silver.

We support 4 timeframes: 5 minutes (5m), 15 minutes (15m), 1 hour (1h), and 4 hours (4h). You can select multiple timeframes for comprehensive multi-timeframe analysis.

AI analysis includes technical indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, and more), chart patterns (triangles, head & shoulders, etc.), candlestick patterns, support/resistance levels, market news with sentiment analysis, and macroeconomic events impact assessment.

Tokens are the currency used for AI operations on TradersLab. Each AI-powered action consumes tokens from your monthly allowance. This system ensures fair usage and sustainable service for all users.

Chat messages cost 1 token each. Market analysis costs 2 tokens per request. This means with 200 tokens you can perform approximately 100 analyses or 200 chat interactions, or any combination.

For Basic (free) plan: limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. For Pro plan: limits reset every 30 days from your subscription start date. Ultra plan has unlimited tokens.

When you've used all your tokens, you won't be able to use AI features until your limits reset. You can upgrade to a higher plan for more tokens immediately, or wait for the automatic reset.

Your token usage is displayed in the dashboard header showing used/total tokens and a progress bar. You can also see detailed usage information on your profile page.

We offer three plans: Basic (Free) with 200 tokens/month, Pro ($97/month) with 1000 tokens/month, and Ultra ($197/month) with unlimited tokens and premium features.

Basic includes 200 tokens/month (~100 analyses), AI Chat, limited news & patterns, basic macroeconomic data, support & resistance lines, all timeframes and symbols, and technical indicators.

Pro includes 1000 tokens/month (~500 analyses), all news with AI interpretation, all chart and candlestick patterns, full macroeconomic data, AI Chat, support & resistance lines, all timeframes and symbols, and all indicators.

Ultra includes unlimited tokens, everything in Pro, access to top AI models, priority support with faster response times, and early access to new features before general release.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from the Plans page. When upgrading, new limits apply immediately and your tokens reset. When downgrading, Pro benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.

We accept cryptocurrency payments through our secure payment provider CryptoCloud. This includes Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other major cryptocurrencies. Card payments will be available soon.

Currently, subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your Pro or Ultra subscription expires, you'll need to manually renew it from the Plans page. We're actively working on adding automatic recurring payments to make this process more convenient.

You can downgrade to Basic anytime from the Plans page by selecting the Basic plan. Your paid benefits (Pro/Ultra) will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact us via Telegram (@traderslabai) with your account email to process your refund request.

Payment system fees may apply depending on the cryptocurrency and network used. These fees are charged by the blockchain network, not by TradersLab.

Go to the Analysis page, select your symbol (e.g., BTCUSDT, AAPL), choose one or more timeframes (e.g., 5m, 15m, 1H, 4H), select analysis types you want (patterns, indicators, news), then click "Analyze". The AI will generate comprehensive insights within seconds, including trading strategy recommendations for intraday trading.

The AI Chat is available on the Analysis page. After running an analysis, you can ask follow-up questions about the results. Simply type any trading-related question, and our AI assistant will provide personalized insights based on current market data. Each message costs 1 token.

To display patterns on the chart, click the "Show on Chart" button. Detected patterns will be highlighted directly on the interactive chart. Click on any pattern marker to see details including pattern name, direction (bullish/bearish), entry points, stop-loss levels, and take-profit targets with risk/reward ratios.

Each indicator card shows the current value, a signal interpretation (bullish/bearish/neutral), and an AI-generated explanation of what it means for your trading decision. Hover over indicators for more detailed information. You can also display indicators on the chart by clicking the "Show on Chart" button.

Basic plan shows limited news articles (most recent only). Pro plan unlocks full access to all market news with AI-powered interpretation, sentiment analysis (bullish/bearish/neutral), and impact duration assessment.

Pro unlocks all chart patterns including harmonic patterns (Gartley, Butterfly, Bat, Crab), all candlestick patterns with detailed interpretation, and comprehensive entry/exit recommendations with risk management levels.

Ultra plan members receive priority support with faster response times (typically within hours instead of 24 hours), dedicated support through Telegram, and direct access to our team for complex trading questions.

Acceptance of the Public Offer occurs through conclusive actions: registering an account, placing an order, or making a payment. By using TradersLab services, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms of the Public Offer.
