## About TradersLab

### What is TradersLab?

TradersLab is an AI-powered trading analysis platform that provides real-time market insights, technical analysis, pattern recognition, and personalized trading recommendations. Our AI analyzes market data 24/7 to help you make informed trading decisions.

### What markets are supported?

We support cryptocurrencies, forex, and precious metals markets. You can analyze any symbol available on major exchanges including Binance, major forex pairs, and metals like Gold and Silver.

**Supported assets include:**
- Cryptocurrencies: BTCUSDT, ETHUSDT, SOLUSDT, DOGEUSDT, BNBUSDT, MATICUSDT
- Forex: EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY
- Precious Metals: XAUUSD (Gold), XAGUSD (Silver)

### What timeframes are available?

We support 4 timeframes:
- 5 minutes (5m)
- 15 minutes (15m)
- 1 hour (1h)
- 4 hours (4h)

You can select multiple timeframes for comprehensive multi-timeframe analysis.

### What does AI analysis include?

AI analysis includes:
- **Technical indicators**: RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, SMA, EMA, Stochastic, ATR, Volume
- **Chart patterns**: Triangles, head & shoulders, double tops/bottoms, wedges, flags, pennants
- **Candlestick patterns**: Doji, engulfing, hammer, shooting star, morning/evening star, and more
- **Support/resistance levels**: Automatic identification of key price levels
- **Market news**: Sentiment analysis (bullish/bearish/neutral) with impact assessment
- **Macroeconomic events**: Impact assessment on trading instruments

## Tokens & Limits

### What are tokens?

Tokens are the currency used for AI operations on TradersLab. Each AI-powered action consumes tokens from your monthly allowance. This system ensures fair usage and sustainable service for all users.

### How many tokens does each action cost?

| Action | Token Cost |
|--------|------------|
| Chat message | 1 token |
| Market analysis | 2 tokens |

With 200 tokens you can perform approximately 100 analyses or 200 chat interactions, or any combination.

### When do token limits reset?

- **Basic (free) plan**: Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month
- **Pro plan**: Limits reset every 30 days from your subscription start date
- **Ultra plan**: Unlimited tokens (no reset needed)

### What happens when I run out of tokens?

When you've used all your tokens, you won't be able to use AI features until your limits reset. You can:
1. Upgrade to a higher plan for more tokens immediately
2. Wait for the automatic monthly reset

### How can I check my remaining tokens?

Your token usage is displayed in the dashboard header showing used/total tokens and a progress bar. You can also see detailed usage information on your profile page.

- 1000 tokens/month (~500 analyses)
- All news with AI interpretation

### What's included in the Ultra plan?

- Unlimited tokens
- Everything in Pro
- Access to top AI models
- Priority support with faster response times
- Early access to new features before general release

### Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from the Plans page (https://traderslab.ai/plans).

- **Upgrading**: New limits apply immediately and your tokens reset
- **Downgrading**: Pro/Ultra benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period

## Billing & Subscription

### What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cryptocurrency payments through our secure payment provider CryptoCloud:
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Ethereum (ETH)
- USDT (Tether)
- Other major cryptocurrencies

**Card payments** will be available soon.

### How does auto-renewal work?

Currently, subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your Pro or Ultra subscription expires, you'll need to manually renew it from the Plans page. We're actively working on adding automatic recurring payments.

### How do I cancel my subscription?

You can downgrade to Basic anytime from the Plans page by selecting the Basic plan. Your paid benefits (Pro/Ultra) will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

### How do I request a refund?

If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact us via Telegram (@traderslabai) with your account email to process your refund request.

### Are there any additional fees?

Payment system fees may apply depending on the cryptocurrency and network used. These fees are charged by the blockchain network, not by TradersLab.

## How to Use

### How do I run an analysis?

1. Go to the Analysis page (https://traderslab.ai/analysis)
2. Select your symbol (e.g., BTCUSDT, EURUSD, XAUUSD)
3. Choose one or more timeframes (5m, 15m, 1h, 4h)
4. Select analysis types you want (patterns, indicators, news)
5. Click "Analyze"

The AI will generate comprehensive insights within seconds.

### How do I use the AI Chat?

The AI Chat is available on the Analysis page. After running an analysis, you can ask follow-up questions about the results.

1. Run an analysis first
2. Type any trading-related question in the chat
3. Get personalized insights based on current market data

Each message costs 1 token.

### How do I read patterns on the chart?

1. Click the "Show on Chart" button
2. Detected patterns will be highlighted on the interactive chart
3. Click on any pattern marker to see details:
   - Pattern name
   - Direction (bullish/bearish)
   - Entry points
   - Stop-loss levels
   - Take-profit targets
   - Risk/reward ratios

### What do the indicators mean?

Each indicator card shows:
- **Current value**: The numerical value of the indicator
- **Signal interpretation**: Bullish, bearish, or neutral
- **AI explanation**: What it means for your trading decision

Hover over indicators for more detailed information. You can also display indicators on the chart by clicking the "Show on Chart" button.

Ultra plan members receive:
- Faster response times (typically within hours instead of 24 hours)
- Dedicated support through Telegram
